Coaching: With the use of selected tools designed
to evaluate your skills and competencies, you will learn how
to align your leadership
style with your values and the organizational culture you are
striving to create. These assessments, reviewed with your coach,
assist you with developing specific goals for your coaching
program.
Your coach acts as your guide, asking the key questions,
and offering observations/insights, to help you discover
the shortest route to achieving your goals. Because coaching
involves
behavior change, your program will be a minimum of 6 months
and includes 3 sessions per month that are conducted over
the telephone.
