About Swift Current Consulting
 Swift
Current Consulting was founded in 1997 by Dr. Sarah Stebbins
who is committed to helping organizations develop effective
leaders at every organizational level. Through her coaching
and training programs, Dr. Stebbins assists organizations with
creating a continuous source of leaders necessary for long
term organizational success. In addition to her coaching practice,
Dr. Stebbins is a strategic partner with Innovative Solutions and
a Senior Career Coach for
Lee
Hecht Harrison.
With more than 20 years of experience in both the for profit
and non-profit sectors, Dr. Stebbins’ expertise is
incorporated into highly successful customized leadership
training and coaching programs.
Integrated into her work is the belief that an organization’s
greatest asset is its work force. Swift
Current Consulting trains and coaches employees to achieve their greatest potential.
Focusing on providing leadership training that coincides
with coaching, Dr. Stebbins develops in others, an understanding
of leadership accountability and authenticity in every level
of the organization.
